Dennis Cakebread
of Allesley, Coventry writes:
"I can confirm that Windmill Road School did become
Longford Park School some years after I left in 1949. In
my time it had both primary and secondary schools.
"I seem to remember my mother referring to it as
Windmill Lane School, and I believe the road was once
known as Windmill Lane, but a local historian would have
to confirm this."
