Complementary Medicine

This section is currently being redeveloped.

In the meantime there is a list of Alternative Practitioners on our old site - however please be aware that the information is at least two years old.

If you are involved in Complementary Medicine and would like to be included here please email the editor.

We have so far only made a start with aromatherapy, homeopathy and reflexology. Other types of complementary medicine will be added as details of practitioners are gathered.

Inclusion of a practitioner in this directory does not imply any sort of recommendation by CWN.

You should ask for the qualifications and credentials of any practitioner you make contact with. Most will be members of professional organisations - many of which will be listed in the 'more on the web' links given in each section.

I have personally had both aromatherapy and reflexology treatment. Both worked well for me.

If you are in any doubt please consult your GP.
