Youngsters can have their birthday party and get back to nature with teddy bears, beasts and birds or learn all about mammals in a new service from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.

The Brandon venue is offering parties for those aged four to 11, lasting either one or two hours at weekends, any time of the year.

There are six activities: Brilliant Birds, Party with Ponds, Tremendous Trees, Magical Minibeasts, Teddy Bear’s Picnic or All About Mammals.

These lead to practical exploration with games, activities, and close contact with wildlife. They are all run by experienced leaders, with parents responsible for supervising their youngsters.

Lorna Holt, Education assistant, said:

“This is a great way of celebrating a birthday and offers a brand new experience to a lot of people. It also gives parents the chance to relax and enjoy the day themselves.”

A one hour session cots £50, or two hours cost £75. Up to 25 children can attend.
