Falcon Hotel Attack
Hunt On Crimewatch
An
appeal has gone out this evening on the BBC's Crimewatch UK
programme in connection with the attempted murder at the Falcon
Hotel in March.
At
2.30am on Friday 9 March Dr Khurshid Naqvi, proprietor of the
Falcon Hotel in Coventry, suffered serious injuries after a
vicious assault outside the hotel in Manor Road near the railway
station.
He
was in a coma for four weeks after the attack and has only
partially regained consciousness.
Police
are urgently trying to trace and interview Luke Anderson, 19, in
connection with this case. He is believed to be in the Coventry
area and is well known on the club scene.
He
has a distinguishing tattoo on his left arm displaying the flag of
St George with the word 'Michelle'.
Anyone
who knows of his whereabouts is advised not to approach him, but
to alert police in Coventry on 024 7653 9800.
A 32 year old
Coventry man has already been charged with attempted murder in
relation to the same case.
