Man Seriously Injured in City Hotel Attack

A Coventry man is in a critical condition with serious head injuries following an attack at a city hotel early this morning.

Officers went to the Falcon Hotel in Manor Road, Cheylesmore, at 2.40am where they found a 51-year-old Coventry man with serious head injuries.

He was taken to the city's Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital and is currently in a "critical" condition.
