Sex Offender Head
Found Dead In Germany
A
former Coventry headteacher who resigned after admitting having
pornographic photos of children has died in Germany.
Terence
Vardon, aged 52, had been head of King Henry VIII for five years
before his Leamington home was raided by police.
He
escaped with a £4,000 fine and was ordered to register as a sex
offender for five years after admitting charges of possessing
indecent photos of children.
The
former North Leamington and Binswood school head resigned from his
high-profile job at King Henry VIII as the case came to court.
Shortly
after his conviction he married a German woman and moved to
Dresden. He died there on Friday from a suspected heart attack.
