Three Coventry men were remanded in custody by the city’s magistrates today jointly charged with murdering Richard Waring.

Mr Waring, aged 22, died in hospital after being shot outside the Crow in the Oak public house in Lockhurst Lane, Coventry earlier this month.

Paul Trevor Case, 32, of Agincourt Road, Cheylesmore, Coventry; Andrew Luke Henson, 26, and Lee Richard Moore, 27, both of no fixed address were remanded in custody for seven days. They will next appear in the magistrates court on Monday 15 February.
