Coventrys former rugby supremo Derek Eves has
agreed to rejoin his old club Bristol.
He links up again with Scottish international prop forward Alan Sharpe who left
Coventry to sign for Bristol earlier in the week.
Eves, who led Coventry to the Third Division championship and the Second Division
play-offs in his three years at Coundon Road, stepped down as director of rugby three
weeks ago.
He stayed on as a player but the club chairman Keith Fairbrother said:
"I dont think he will get in the team. He knows he is not in our
plans."
Eves has been replaced as Coventrys director of rugby by England A coach Keith
Richardson.
