Coventry will be relying on tried and trusted ingredients when
they bid to overturn rivals Worcester in the Tetley Bitter Cup tomorrow.
A big crowd is expected at Coundon Road as the Allied Dunbar Premiership Two rivals
clash in the cup and chairman Keith Fairbrother is confident that home advantage
will prove decisive.
He said:
"Worcester will not have experienced anything like Coundon Road and the Cow Shed
with all the noise and passion. They have served us well in the past and they will do
again tomorrow.
"I would urge all fans coming to the game to make as much noise as possible and
really lift the lads. I have always said that the home support is worth five or six points
to use and that margin could be vital.
"It should be a great occasion and I know there are lots of people really looking
forward to it."
Coach Derek Eves recalled Wayne Killford at full back, so Matt Gallagher drops out,
while Argentinian Luis Criscuola returns in the centre with speed merchant Richie Robsinon
moving out to the wing.
