In-form VS Rugby travel to Redditch confident they can continue
the run that has seen them lose just one game in 10.
They managed a 3-3 draw with high-flying Bilston Town last week without playing
well and that has given boss Martin Sockett great heart for Saturdays away fixture.
"If we can get a result like that against the third best team in the league
knowing that we can do a lot better, then there is no reason why our run cant go on
for longer.
"Redditch are about sixth in the table but if they win their games in hand then it
will take them up into the top three so we know that it will not be an easy game."
Sockett will be robbed of Ian Scott who pulled a hamstring against Bilston. He looks
certain to miss the Midland Floodlit Cup game with Hinckley on Wednesday and the league
clash against Evesham in a weeks time.
But striker Darren Beckett is back after his knee ligament problems. Beckett came on
after 20 minutes for Scott against Bilston and showed no reaction to his lay off in
training on Thursday.
Rugby School master Chris Evans is also available again after work commitments but
midfielder Jamie Lenton is again suspended.
