VS Rugby boss is hoping to trade on Moor Greens problems
when the two meet at the Moorlands tomorrow.
The home side have lost their keeper and leading central defender in the last two weeks
and were hammered 5-1 by Hinckley in the league in midweek.
"They beat Racing last week and it will be a tough game for us. We lost 2-0 at
home to them earlier in the season but I thought we created enough to get something from
the game.
"We need to tighten up after Saturdays defeat against Cinderford but they
have had a bit of bad luck recently and hopefully that will work in our favour.
"We had a very good training session on Thursday and I was impressed with the
attitude."
Midfielder Scott Machin is expected back after missing for several weeks because of a
broken toe, but defender Danny Green is out because of work commitments.
Midfielder Darren Beckett should be over his knee ligament in a weeks time
much to Socketts relief.
