Stand-in
manager Keith Billington knows just what he wants from his Racing Warwick team when they
take on leaders Clevedon.
"I want them fired up, I want them playing for pride and I want them ripping the
doors of the dressing room when they go out.
"It is my job to inject some pride into the them and I shall be expected 100 per
cent commitment from them. Nothing else will do."
Billington, who was in charge with Barry Powell in the summer before quitting, has
taken the job on after Martin Bewell quit in mid-week.
He said:
"I dont want it for the long term and have only agreed to carry on until the
end of the season. I dont think I could do the job permanently on the money they
have available."
Billington has two doubts for the visit of the table-toppers. Right back Ben Adams and
striker Sven Sindon are both troubled by knee injuries and could be out.
Racing are second from bottom and set for the drop unless Billington can perform a
minor miracle.
