Both clubs remained firmly anchored in the bottom four after this
close encounter.
Warwick had the edge in the first half but former team mate Brian Agar struck two goals
for Rugby after the interval to take a share of the spoils.
But Racing must have thought they had won the game when they were leading with five
minutes to play.
But Agar was in the right place at the right time to knock home Ashley Warners
pass.
Warwick took the lead right on half time when Dave Stringer fired in after Jason
Percivals effort was blocked on the line.
Racing took a firmer grip in the 53rd minute when Percival looped a header
over the goalkeeper from Lee Stephensons cross. Agar struck four minutes later then
popped up with the late equaliser.
