Racing Warwick have made a new signing ahead of their testing
trip to leaders Clevedon.
Centre half Robbie Greetham has joined from Wisbech and will team up with former
clubmate Alex Irvine who moved to Warwick last week.
Manager Martin Bewell has been forced to rebuild his side during the season after
taking over only three weeks before the new campaign.
"It has not been easy. I didnt get a chance to shape the side myself or give
them a pre-season. We are having to do it all as we go along but it is coming together now
and I am delighted to have Robbie on board. He will figure in some capacity.
"Clevedon are a very tough prospect. They have not lost away from home and have
only tasted defeat twice on their own ground so it will not be easy for us. I have had a
word with a couple of people I know who have come across them this season so we know what
to expect and how they will line-up."
Bewell should be able to restore Richard Wade to midfield and Nick McFarlane to his
left-back berth.
