Brian Agar earned Racing a replay with a second half goal, but
they had enough chances to have settled the cup-tie at the first attempt.
They were unlucky not to take the lead in the 12th minute when Robbie Ellison headed
against the post.
Raunds went ahead four minutes later when goalkeeper Richard Anstiss launched a poor
clearance. It went straight to Warren Donald who passed to Kevin Slinn and he rounded the
stranded keeper to slot the ball home.
An hour's play had passed before Warwick drew level. Agar made the chance for
midfielder Rob Sheedy who crashed a fierce shot into the roof of the net.
