Racing Warwick complete their three-match sequence again the
front runners of the division with a testing trip to Newport.
Martin Bewells men saw off Stourbridge in midweek ending a run of four defeats.
Stuart Clarke (2) and Rob Burke got the goals on Wednesday night to bring the unexpected
points but a game at Newport is a harder prospect.
Bewell said:
"I was very pleased with the way the lads bounced back on Wednesday after we had
lost 4-0 against Wisbech. We had tried a different formation in the first half on Saturday
and it didnt work. At least it finally proved to me that we suit a 4-4-2 set up and
thats what we will be playing from now on.
"Stourbridge had some players out injured but we still had to perform very well
and I thought we thoroughly deserved the victory.
"There is always a very partisan atmosphere at Newport and the crowd play a big
part in the proceedings, so we will have be mentally strong."
Warwick will be without the suspended Jason Woodley, who now goes into hospital for a
hernia operation. Jason Wolverson will return in central midfield, allowing Burke to move
back to his natural role.
