Former Sky Blues striker
Andrew Ducros is heading back into the football league after he
was snapped up from Nuneaton Borough.
The
22-year-old is moving to newly-promoted Kidderminster Harriers
as they prepare to start their campaign in Division Three.
Ducros, who was released
from Coventry last summer, is reported to have fetched
£100,000.
Kidderminster chairman
Lionel Newton said he was signed after impressing manager Jan
Molby in the Conference last season.
He said:
"This is a
massive jump for us as a club in terms of what we have been
paying for players, but we feel we have made a great signing.
"I think Andrew
could be the new Mike Marsh. He is an extremely talented
player who caused us a number of problems last season. This
move will put him in the shop window and I am sure he will go
on and progress to bigger and better things."
His departure comes a
month after Borough signed a new goal machine.
Stafford Rangers striker
Richard Mitchell notched 42 goals in 52 matches last season and
the 26 year-old has hit almost 100 during the past three
seasons.
Also moving to Nuneaton
is 34 year-old Mark Taylor from Hereford.
Both players were signed
on free transfers under the Bosman Ruling and signed one-year
deals.
