Bedworth United face
another dismal week unless they can lift their form out of the trough which saw them lose
the opening three matches in the Dr Martens Midland Division.
They picked up their first point of the season in Monday night's drawn game against
Bilston. John Halford's 31st minute strike is also their only goal of the season to date
and manager Billy Hollywood appears to have problems at both ends of the pitch.
His defence has conceded five goals while the attack has managed just one and Hollywood
hopes both areas will be put right against Clevedon at Bedworth Oval tomorrow.
"I don't know much about Clevedon except that they are off to a good start with
five points from four games," says Hollywood.
"There are no easy games in this league but I just hope that the defenders and the
forwards can produce."
On Tuesday Bedworth play at Redditch.
"We have no injuries going into these games so hopefully we shall be firing on all
cylinders," said the manager.
Hollywood has revealed that he is actively looking to strengthen his team in the new
few weeks.
