A goalless draw but entertaining nevertheless and Atherstone had
perhaps the best chance of the match to beat the fourth placed side.
It fell to Paul White in the 53rd minute. Bostons goalkeeper Paul
Bastock could only palm Youngs deep cross into Whites path. But the Atherstone
man got the ball stuck between his feet and the chance slipped away.
Boston best moment came with the former Birmingham City winger Louie Donowa raced past
Scott Blair but screwed his shot wide as Atherstones goalkeeper Dale Belford
narrowed the angle.
Boston had the better chances in the second half, Athertstones defence stood firm
and Belford was equal to everything thrown at him.
