Atherstone
United have no match on Saturday but they will be at home to strugglers Salisbury Town on
Monday evening.
United have been hit by blank Saturdays due to opponents' FA Cup commitments and that
is the case tomorrow. They were due to play Kings Lynn but the East Anglian side have a
cup tie.
Manager Ron Bradbury is not taking the Salisbury match lightly.
"They beat us 3-0 on our ground last season so we know it will be a difficult
game.
"We have a stack of injuries but I am not using that as an excuse because all
teams have a lot of injuries at this stage of the season."
There will be a debut for Kevin Elvin who was signed in midweek and did well in the
reserves.
Atherstone are without David Hart, Gary Redgate and John Berks, who all have hamstring
problems and Craig Dean, who injured his back in falling from a scaffold while at work.
