Moroccan international
Mustapha Hadji is set to sign for Coventry City after agreeing personal terms with
chairman Bryan Richardson.
The 27-year-old World Cup star will be flying to Coventry tomorrow for a medical before
putting his signature to the transfer record £4 million deal.
The move could hasten the departure of George Boateng. Aston Villa and Newcastle still
appear to be leading the race for the Dutch international. But Bryan Richardson has
denied reports that an improved offer of £5 million could see the Dutch international on
his way to Villa Park in the next couple of days.
