Robin Richter, is
Rugbys first Town Centre Manager.
Robin who has been appointed by Rugby Town Centre Partnership will take up his post in
the New Year. Rugby Town Centre Partnership comprises: Rugby Borough Council, Clock Towers
Shopping Centre, Boots, Marks and Spencer, Stagecoach, the Chamber of Commerce and
Warwickshire County Council.
Prior to his appointment, he was Divisional Executive for Somerfield Plc with
responsibilities for twenty superstores. He has an extensive background in retailing and
hotels and has worked at director level for Forte, Allied Domecq and Stenna. He trained at
Henley College, Coventry. He lives locally and is married with two grown up children.
Robin Richter said

centre. I am confident that we can make shopping in Rugby pleasurable for local people and
visitors."
