Hello, my name is Sukhvinder and I was a student at Stoke Park school in Coventry from 1984 to 1990.

My year tutor was Mr Steven Dale, is he still teaching? Is the same Stoke Park on Dane Road.

I am an old Coventrian who has lived in the USA since 1967. I have lost contact with many old chums who I would like to contact. These include many of my King Henry friends, old Sir WG Armstrong Whitworth colleagues and my old Whitley buddies.

[11 DEC 01] BALL HILL - TIMBER YARD

Are there any photos of the Ball Hill area of Coventry during the late 50's / early 60's anywhere?

I am interested in finding any information on a timber yard opposite Hobdays pet shop at the bottom of the hill. I have a few books on Coventry in the past but can not find any reference to this wood yard.

Can you help me or point me in the right direction?

[11 DEC 01] BROAD STREET SCHOOL

Hi, I attended Broad Street School from 1954 to September 1957. I was in the school choir and the last Gilbert & Sullivan Opera that Mr Evans put on - The Mikado playing 2nd night Katisha.

Good friends back then were Gillian Connerly (she had a twin brother John), Pat Locke and Pauline McPheat (whom I write to now).
