I have the Armstrong Siddley 18HP limo that served at Baginton from 1951 to 1961 as transport for the VIPs at the aerodrome.

This car is now for sale and I would love for it to go back to its roots.

I have owned her since 1988. She has just had an engine refit and is MOT'ed and ready for the road.

[06 AUG 01] NEIL BACK

I live in Perth, Western Australia, and recently met one of your old boys, Neil Back while he was on tour with the British Lions.

I was brought up in Earlsdon, and the Back family lived next door to us. I was not sure that Neil was related but after exchanging conversations it turned out he was, and his grandparents brought up their children in that house I knew them all, and Neil's father is Keith.

Needless to say we were both amazed at our conversation and I wished him well for the tour.
