[21 OCT 00] THE
JONES'S OF SPON STREET
I would like to find out if
anyone remembers my grandparents. Their name was Jones and they
had a second hand shop in Spon Street opposite the Malt Shovel
and Bowling Green pub.
I would really appreciate any
news.
I spent many a happy time in Spon
Street in my childhood so please can you help me.
A grateful senior who now resides

[21 OCT 00] YOUR
VERY OWN SOAP OPERA
Hello!
We were just admiring the view of
Coventry on your webpage when we thought that there should be a
zoom-in picture, or a fully moving one! That way you could see
every last detail. It would also perhaps be a good idea to have
sound too.
Apart from that, we think your
site is great - you can make up your very own mini-soap opera -
when there isn't one on TV.
Thank you for providing this
great site!

Unfortunately we cannot have zoom and audio on the webcam -
partly through technology, partly through cost and partly
through privacy.]
[21 OCT 00] HILL
FARM & TILE HILL WOOD
I went to Hill
Farm Primary School in Coventry (1955-62) and then on to Tile
Hill Wood secondary school (1962-69).
I left Coventry in 1970 and now
live in Kent.
I would like to get in touch with
Stephanie Orr, Susan Killeen, Pat Homer and Lorraine Gregory.
Does anyone remember them or me?

Marshall] < kos112@hotmail.com
