The Modifications to the Coventry Development Plan were placed on Deposit for formal representations from 4 May to 14 June.

The City Council considered those representations and made a small number of further changes, mainly to the Shopping and Green Environment Chapters of the Plan.

The first document in this part of the site is titled 'Statement of Decisions on Objections to Proposed Modifications and List of Further Proposed Modifications'.

It was placed on Deposit for formal representations from Wednesday 22 August to Tuesday 2 October 2001.

It comprises:

• Decisions to Propose Further Modifications and Reasons
• Text of Further Proposed Modifications

The City Council has considered the small number of representations received on those Further Proposed Modifications. It has decided both to make no further changes materially affecting the Plan and to proceed to adopt the Plan.

The second document is titled ‘Statement of Decisions on Objections to Further Proposed Modifications” and is being placed on deposit for inspection from 9 November 2001. At the same time, the City Council is publishing a Notice stating that it intends to adopt the Plan with modifications as published in 2001.
