The country's leading contract caterer has been providing a total facilities management
package for Cable & Wireless's residential and training facility in Coventry -
including a 170-bedroom hotel - for five years.
Eighty Sutcliffe staff manage a wide range of services including running the hotel and
leisure operations, arranging security and providing catering.
Said Steve Flatt, managing director for Sutcliffe Catering (Midlands):
"This is a major achievement for the company as it is the first operation to
achieve the award.
