A unique
collection of eight rare Jaguars will go under the hammer at The NEC's Great British
Autojumble on Sunday 17 January.
The amazing Jaguars to be auctioned belong to Midlands businessman Trevor Groom, who is
reluctantly parting with some of his 15-year obsession to move abroad.
Up for sale are eight cars including two XK140s, a Series 3 E-Type roadster, and a Mark
11 known as the Fire Chief due to extensive customisation. Some cars are in concours
condition while others need restoration, so a dream car could be snapped up at a bargain
price.
Set to attract thousands of car enthusiasts, The Great British Autojumble will be
brimming with bargains. With over 530 stalls this is the largest indoor Autojumble in
Europe. Millions of spare parts for every make of car will be on sale, along with tyres,
vintage number plates, tools and accessories. Other exhibitors range from companies
selling second hand overalls through to motoring art and memorabilia, and even picnic
baskets.
With free car parking and a special 'Jumble Creche' for heavy purchases, the Great
British Autojumble promises to be a great motoring day out for just £6. Tickets are
available on hotline 0121 767 4848.
The Autojumble is open from 10am - 5.30pm in Hall 5 of The NEC, Birmingham for one day
only on Sunday 17 January.
