Top Warwickshire law firm Lodders has appointed Mr Michael Wakeling as a partner.

With nearly ten years experience dealing with all aspects of commercial and civil litigation, Mr Wakeling, 39, joined Lodders in January 1997 to head commercial litigation services.

According to Mr David Lodder, head of Lodders' commercial law team, the promotion is recognition of Mr Wakeling's contribution to the firm.

"Michael’s expertise has meant we can provide a first rate service in this complex area of the law.

"In just eighteen months, he has achieved several notable successes and we are confident that his reputation will continue to grow in the future."

Mr Wakeling is married and lives with his family in Warwick. A keen musician his interests also include golf and fitness training.
