Young Girl Hurt In
Three Car Smash
A
girl was injured in a three-way car smash at a busy Coventry road
junction and witnesses are being urged to come forward to help
find out what happened.
The
incident happened on the A45, Fletchampstead Highway at the
junction with Tile Hill Lane at about 6.15pm on Sunday.
There
were three cars involved.
A
red Rover 416 was being driven by a 30-year-old Coventry man, who
was not injured.
A
blue Nissan Almera was being driven by a 40-year-old Coventry
woman. She was not injured. Nor was her front seat passenger, her
six-year-old son. However, her eight-year-old daughter, suffered
slight concussion.
The
third car was a blue Hyundai Accent, driven by a Birmingham man in
his 30s, who was not injured.
The
Rover was on Tile Hill Lane and the other two cars were travelling
in a northerly direction on the A45 when the collision occurred.
