City Post Office Held Up By Knife Man

An armed robber held up a Coventry post office with a knife and stole cash before escaping at the weekend.

The offender entered the post office in Spon End at 12.20pm on Saturday armed with a six-inch bladed knife.

He then threatened the cashier before stealing an amount of cash and escaping.

He is white, aged 20-30, 5ft 7ins to 8ins with dark hair. He is skinny and was wearing a navy sun hat, a blue jacket, grey jogging bottoms and had a stocking on his head.
