Knife Threat In Off
Licence Raid
Two
robbers armed with a knife threatened a shop assistant and
demanded money at an off licence yesterday evening.
The
two men, who are both white, walked into Boozebuster in Willes
Road, Leamington at 7.50pm.
One
of them produced a Stanley knife and demanded cash from the man
serving at the till.
He
handed over £60 and the pair fled. Both were wearing blue jackets
with hoods up.
One
attacker is in his early 20s, slim, 5ft 7ins, clean shaven and had
a blue track suit with stripes. He had a hood pulled up to cover
his face.
His
accomplice is the same height, and had a black scarf over his
face. Witnesses should call Leamington CID on 01926 415000.
