Coventry Boy Injured
In Car Crash
An
eight-year-old Coventry boy suffered serious injuries after he was
hit by a car, and police are looking for witnesses to the
incident.
The
lad was taken to Coventry and Warwickshire hospital with a broken
left leg after the collision on Sunday at 5pm.
A
silver Fiat Punto was driving down Lime Tree Avenue, Tile Hill,
when the boy appeared between two parked cars and was struck by
the car.
The
30-year-old woman who was driving the car was heading towards
Beech Tree Avenue at the time.
Traffic
police at Little Park Street are appealing for anyone who saw the
incident to call them on 024 7653 9072.
