Boy Bitten By
Coventry Robbers
A 15-year-old lad was set upon by
three men who bit him while they robbed him of his jewellery in a
Coventry street yesterday.
The incident happened in Quorn Way,
Willenhall at 4.05pm. The lad was walking along the road when
three men approached him from behind.
He was punched to the back of the
head and pulled to the floor.
He was then kicked to the head and
his bracelet was stolen. One of the offenders then bit the lad's
finger and stole the ring that he was wearing.
All three offenders were Asian; there
is a detailed description of only one of the offenders. He is
about 6ft 3ins, slim build, with short black hair and is in his
late teens. He was wearing a gold bracelet and a ring on his left
arm/hand.
The jewellery they stole was worth
about £200. The lad suffered bruising and a lump to his right eye
and a cut to his finger.
