Teenager
Kicked Unconscious In Street Attack
An
18-year-old was punched and kicked unconscious by two robbers in a
Coventry street.
The
victim only came round in the ambulance following the assault last
Friday between 11.35 and 11.55pm.
He
left the Dolphin pub in Sheriff Avenue, Canley, and started to
walk home. Two men who had been sitting near him in the pub
followed.
The
friends made their way down Prior Deram Walk and into Gerard
Avenue, when they parted.
The
victim was then set upon as both attackers rained punches and
kicks on him.
As
the victim fell unconscious they stole a £20 note, a provisional
driving licence and a Visa card.
One
attacker is aged 18 or 19, medium build and 5ft 5ins. He had
cropped black hair, a blue dark bomber jacket and black lace-up
boots.
The
second attacker is aged 20 or 21, 6ft and had dark brown hair,
which was short at the sides but longer at the top. The hair was
slightly curly and was gelled and brushed forward. He wore blue
jeans and white Reebok Classic trainers.
