Woman Arrested As Heroin Seized  

A woman has been released on police bail after officers seized drugs believed to be heroin with a street value of more than £7,000.

The 25-year-old was arrested in the New Bilton area of Rugby at 8.35pm.

Two-and-half ounces of the suspected class A substance were seized. Police say they believe the drug is heroin, but have sent it away so forensic tests can be carried out.

The woman, who is local to the town, has been ordered to return to Rugby police station so she can be interviewed by officers on 7 March.
