Pedestrian Aged 20 Dies From Crash Injuries

A Coventry woman who was hit by a car as she crossed the road has died from her injuries.

Kelly Ann Turner, aged 20, from Hillfields died at 4.30pm on Monday following the accident last month.

She suffered serious head injuries and two broken legs in the collision in Stoney Stanton Road at 6pm on 29 November.

The driver of the car, a red Ford Escort, was a 30-year-old man from Coundon. He was not physically injured in the collision, but left very shocked.
