Motorist Killed
After Losing Control Of Car
A
motorist died yesterday after he suddenly lost control of his car
while driving down a busy dual carriageway.
John
Quigley, aged 49, of Priory Road, Kenilworth was taken to Warwick
hospital following the accident at 7.50pm on the A46, but later
died for his injuries.
Police
said the accident, which took place near the Leek Wootton
junction, is a mystery to them.
It
appears that Mr Quigley lost control and hit the nearside barrier,
then the central reservation.
A
second car collided with his S-reg green Rover 200, and a third
was hit by debris.
Witnesses
are being urged to call police on 01675 464147 x5416 or x5427. The
officer is dealing with the case is PC 770 King.
