Pensioner Killed In
House Fire
A
Coventry pensioner died in a fire in her house in Walsgrave early
today.
Fire
crews and police were called to the house in St Austell Road at
midnight.
Despite
the efforts of emergency services they were unable to save Theresa
Margaret White, aged 89, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
A
police spokesperson said the coroner has been informed but the
fire is not being treated as suspicious. |
