Cigarettes Swiped In Nuneaton Grab And Carry

Cigarettes and phone cards worth £800 were grabbed from a cash and carry supermarket as staff were unloading goods.

They were working in Booker Cash and Carry in Weddington Terrace at 11am when they were approached by a man who had been hanging around the entrance of the store for some time.

The man grabbed some cigarettes and phone cards and fled.

He is believed to have escaped in a silver-coloured vehicle, possibly a Hyundai Accent coupe. He is described as being Asian and in his mid 20s.
