Fake
Internet Goods Seized In Coventry
A
man could be facing criminal charges after fake goods being sold
over the internet were found at a house in Coventry.
Police
teamed up with officers from the Federation Against Copyright
Theft for the raid, which took place yesterday morning.
They
executed a warrant at a house in the Stoke area of the city.
Several
thousands of pounds of goods were found including DVDs, computer
games and videos.
A
polices spokeswoman said the items were not authorised and did not
have a trademark or certification.
Two
men were arrested at the house. One was later released without
charge, the other will be dealt with by FACT.
