Arsonist Strikes In Ernesford Grange

A Coventry family had a lucky escape when an arsonist tried to set their home alight.

Police are seeking witnesses to the crime in James Galloway Close, Ernesford Grange, on Sunday coming up to 8.30pm. 

A spokesman said:

“A back window of the house was broken and the curtains were set on fire. Luckily a neighbour heard the glass being broken and called the police.”

The woman and two children who live at the house were were out at the time.
