A pedestrian who was seriously
hurt when he collided with a car in Stratford earlier this week has died
from his injuries.
Richard Hancock, aged 69, was
taken to Walsgrave hospital in Coventry following the accident on
Tuesday at 11.20am at the junction between Guild Street and John Street.
Mr Hancock, of Long Compton, did
not recover from his injuries, and died in hospital yesterday.
Police said a full accident
investigation has been launched and the details will be sent to the
coroner.
The
43-year-old driver of the Peugeot 406 involved in the collision, of
Masons Road, Stratford, was not injured.
