Phone Stolen
In Coventry Blade Threat
A
16-year-old Bedworth lad had his mobile phone stolen in Coventry city
centre yesterday when he was threatened with a knife blade.
The
youngster was in Smithford Way at 1.10pm when he was approached by an
offender aged about 17.
The
robber asked his victim to hand over his mobile phone, but he refused.
But
then the attacker showed him a blade concealed in his jeans pocket.
Fearing for his safety, the victim gave him his Nokia phone and the
youth fled.
He
is white, 5ft 9in, medium build and was wearing a long-sleeved navy
jacket, sky blue jeans and a white baseball cap.
