Masked raiders armed with
sawn-off shot guns burst into a Coventry pub early today and stole
thousands of pounds.
They forced their way into the
Rose and Crown in Walsgrave Road, Stoke at 12.20am.
A member of staff was still
working in the pub and was confronted by the two offenders.
They forced him to take them to
the bottle store and open the safe.
The man was forced to lie on the
ground while the attackers stole several thousands of pounds and
escaped.
They were both wearing full face
masks, and dark clothing. Both were around 5ft 10ins and were medium
build.

witnesses should call 024 7653 9040.
